Where we ship

Free shipping to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We can't offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or APO/FPO addresses yet. If you place an order to one of those addresses, we'll email you within one business day to sort it out.

When it ships

Every machine ships within 7 days of your order, from a US warehouse. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

What arrives

Your claw machine arrives fully assembled in one large box, with tokens, two keys, a scoreboard, markers and a manual.

Returns

Unopened machines in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email us at hello@fitsuplay.com to start a return and we'll send you instructions. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the full purchase price once the machine arrives back unopened. Opened machines can't be returned for a change of mind.

If it arrives damaged or doesn't work

Please check the machine when it arrives. If it's damaged in transit or doesn't work, email hello@fitsuplay.com within 7 days of delivery with your order email and a few photos or a short video. We'll replace it or refund you, and we cover the shipping.
