This policy explains how JustOG, Inc. ("we", "us"), which operates fitsuplay.com, collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit the site, reserve a style or buy a machine.
What we collect
- Orders. When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, phone, shipping address and payment details. We receive your order and shipping details; we never see or store your full card number.
- Reservations. If you reserve a style, we keep your email, and your phone number if you choose to give it, along with whether you agreed to receive a launch text.
- How you use the site. A random visitor ID stored in your browser, the pages and styles you view, buttons you tap, the page or app that sent you here and any campaign tags in the link, your device type, and your approximate location (country and state) as reported by our hosting provider. We do not store your IP address in our own database.
- Messages. Anything you send to hello@fitsuplay.com, or through the help form on our manual page, along with what you tell us there (where the machine is used, how many you have, where you bought it).
How we use it
- To process payments, ship your order and send you order and tracking emails.
- To tell you when a reserved style is ready. If you opted in, we may send one launch text to the number you gave us. Msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
- To understand which products and pages work, and which channels bring visitors, so we can improve the site and our marketing.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure, and to comply with the law.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store:
- Stripe (payments).
- Amazon (order fulfillment: your name, shipping address and phone go to Amazon's fulfillment network so it can deliver your machine).
- Cloudflare (hosting, email forwarding and cookie-free traffic statistics) and Neon (our database).
- Microsoft Clarity, described below.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or sale of our business.
Microsoft Clarity
We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization, fraud/security purposes, and advertising. Cookies and your choices
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings; the site will still work. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by writing to us.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing hello@fitsuplay.com. We won't discriminate against you for making a request. We keep order records as long as needed for accounting, tax and warranty purposes, and other data only as long as it's useful for the purposes above.
Children
Our machines are fun for kids, but the site is meant for adults making purchases. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
