No. It arrives fully assembled. Plug it into a standard US outlet and it's ready.
Only if you want it to be. Out of the box the difficulty is set fairly high, like a real arcade. In the settings you can max out the grip strength, set a guaranteed strong grab every few plays, or turn on free play.
Small, light things up to about 3" across: mini plushies, wrapped candy, capsule toys, blind-box figures. Bulky or heavy items will slip. Prizes aren't included with the machine.
It has arcade music and sound effects, and the volume is adjustable.
Unopened machines in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Email us at hello@fitsuplay.com to start a return and we'll send you instructions. Return shipping is paid by you, and we refund the full purchase price once the machine arrives back unopened. Opened machines can't be returned for a change of mind, but if yours arrives damaged or doesn't work, we'll replace it or refund you and cover the shipping.

An optional $10 deposit holds a spot in the first batch, comes off the price, and is fully refundable anytime. If a style isn't on sale by March 31, 2027, we refund every deposit for it automatically.
